Vitus (电影)

The burden of early genius falls heavily on the frail shoulders of one Vitus, a six-year-old boy with all the markings of precocious brilliance.  He consumes sets of encyclopedias and plays the piano like a virtuoso, much to the delight of his ambitious parents, who are already planning a life of super stardom for their young progeny.  But Vitus, like most six-year-olds, has plans of his own.  He has little interest in a career as a concert pianist, and wants simply to putter about with his eccentric grandfather 9memorably played by the great Bruno Ganz), dream of flying and pursue the usual boyish things.  As the pressure mounts, young Vitus is forced to take drastic action.
