熬煮梦的滋味——《Ratatouille》（料理鼠王）

我在想，Pixar其实才更像是一个“梦工厂”
又是一部“皮氏”的励志动画
这一次的励志有着不落俗套的美好
这是一场在巴黎夜晚的星空下上演的美国梦

Remy在偶像大厨Gusteau的指引下顺着水管，一直向上爬，向上爬
终于来到楼顶
在那里，整座巴黎城呈现在他脚下
挺立的巴黎铁塔
闪烁的霓虹灯
流淌的车河
安静的街灯
……
精制而繁华的巴黎夜景下，Remy惊呆了
Hmmmm~~~~~~~~
每个见识这样景色的观众也深深呼出一口气
这不梦境一般的景色有着脱胎换骨的美丽
Remy感叹道：“原来我一直生活在巴黎的地下啊！”
一只下水道的小老鼠，多么微不足道
可是现在这个大大的巴黎城就在他的脚下
哪怕是高耸的铁塔，也仿佛触手可及
可以让他忘记一切的悲伤与烦恼
只剩下单纯却不平凡的梦想

梦有多远
路有多远
通向梦想的路永远不会一帆风顺
Remy也遇见过挣扎
也遇见过困惑
也遇见过亲情与理想的左右为难
也遇见过友情与功名的重重考验

大厨Gusteau说：“Anyone can cook!”
甚至决不该跟厨房沾边的人人喊打的老鼠
美食评论家Ego说：“Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere.”

"In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends. Last night, I experienced something new, an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau’s famous motto, “Anyone can cook.” But I realize only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins that those of the genius now cooking at Gusteau’s, who is, in the critic’s opinion, nothing less than the finest chef in France. I will be returning to Guesteau’s soon, hungry for more."
